12 May Happy Mother's Day   Now have 531 participants plus electronic entries tabulated later today. Last year there were 732 at this point last year.

8 May  Bags and materials delivered to Calvary Baptist Church who volunteered to stuff the bags with information from Smyth Jewelers, Bel Air Athletic Club 5 day membership, 10% coupon from Charm City Run, coupon from Sports Authority and a free pizza slice from Italian Sensation.

8 May  Found out that the on line registrations apparently are coming from runners going direct to active.com.  There is now a good link from the race web page.  See the "register on line block.   May have to pay someone for this next year.

2 May  Online registration has been working. Pre-registered are shown on a link from the home page. If you have registered, on line or by mail, it ay take a few days for your name to apprear.  This part is manual.  Also like to check when possible to fill in information that is omitted on the form.  Usual missing items are event designation and shirt size.

24 April  Registrations on line are down.  Last year 236 at this point.  This year there are 83 and that is behid the hard coopy entries.  Not sure if this means a smaller crowd or runners just delaying entry.

24 April  Still working on the pre-registered sign up.

17 April  There is also a problem displaying the pre-registered combined file.  Right now we will have to deal with a long list until I can do something like last year which worked well.

17 April  There are some issues with active.com registration.  The data is all being captured.  The problem is getting it all to display and display correctly.  If you register on line your confirmation may have last year's confirmation text.  Should be fixed now. For awhile we lost all first names from the display. 

12 April  Take a look at the web page.  These are the engraved crystal glass vases that will be awarded to Open and Masters winners.  Age group winners will recieve an engraved crystal bud vase.

12 April  You can now download the 2013 registration form.  You can also register on line through www.active.com.  You will pay a fee to Active.

1 April    No April Fools.  Race entries is sort of open.  The 2012 form is still there.  I am waiting on the revised for for thhis year.  If you feel the need, you can use this form or go to WWW,ACTIVE.COM and register on line.  On line you will pay a fee per entry.
